主讲人简介：

Soo Hee Lee是英国肯特大学肯特商学院的组织研究学教授，兼任韩国文化经济学会副会长以及韩国创意城市论坛主任。他曾在谢菲尔德大学、伦敦大学伯克贝克学院、中国科学技术大学和韩国科学技术院任职。他是多个期刊的编委会成员，包括《Journal of World Business》、《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》、《Global Transitions》、《International Journal of Innovation Studies》和《Journal of Innovation Management》。他还是“社会理论、政治与艺术会议”（STP&A）的科学委员会成员。他的研究重点在于创意、创新和领导力的制度基础和行为动态，涉及多种情境。近年来，他还探索了数字化转型和集体创造力在建筑、时尚、食品、当代视觉艺术和舞蹈等领域的应用。他在《Journal of International Business Studies》、《Journal of World Business》、《Journal of Management Studies》、《Organization Studies》和《Research Policy》等顶尖期刊上发表了50余篇论文。

内容提要：

数字化转型推动了新的商业模式，并创新了生产、分配和组织机制，从而提高了工作的效率和灵活性。然而，工作的自动化也对劳动力市场带来了颠覆性变化和不确定性。本次讲座将探讨数字化转型、组织与工作未来之间的关系，重点分析人工智能、机器人和自动化对工作和就业的影响，包括技术性失业、技能差距和不平等问题。此外，还将讨论中国在应对数字化转型挑战方面的案例。

Digital transformation enables new business models and innovates mechanisms for production, distribution and organization, raising efficiency and flexibility of work. However, automation of work also brings about disruptive changes and precariousness to labor market. This talk will explore the link between digital transformation, organization and the future of work. It will examine the impact of AI, robots and automation on the world of work and employment in terms of technological unemployment, skills gap and inequality. It will also consider the case of China in addressing the challenges of digital transformation.
