罗杰，复旦大学经济学博士，对外经济贸易大学经济学院助理教授。研究方向为宏观经济学、中国经济、金融发展、主权债务和动态合约理论。其研究成果发表于Journal of International Economics, International Economic Review，Journal of Urban Economics 等国际权威期刊。

内容提要：

本文构建了一种新颖的劳动力分配模型，用以研究人工智能（AI）对劳动力市场的影响。该模型将工作的技能空间划分为多个互不相交的部分，并各自实现局部市场出清。该模型旨在探究人工智能的进步如何影响就业与GDP、工资水平以及工资不平等问题。

A novel assignment model is constructed to study the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) on the labor market. The skill space of jobs is partitioned into disjoint segments of the market that clear locally. We ask how the advancement of AI affects employment and GDP, the wage level, and wage inequality.
